Our Carpet cleaning process : · Step 1: Pre-Inspection Our Technician will do an inspection with you to identify carpet history, soiling conditions and potential problems or permanency of the spots or stains. · Step 2: Pre-vacuum Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. We use a very powerful vaccuum for this. Step 3: Furniture Moving All items should be removed from furniture before our arrival. Chairs, sofas and end-tables will be carefully moved if wanted. Furniture legs will be protected with disposable blocks or plastic tabs. Large or heavy items may not be moved. Beds will not be moved by Technicians. · Step 4: State of the Art Carpet Cleaning Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art cleaning process will thoroughly clean the carpet pile. Our cleaning solution leaves no residue. Most carpets will dry in few hours. · Step 5: Post Spot Treatment If any spots are not removed during the regular cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Rust, red food dye, candle wax and other specialty spots may cost additional. Note: Potential permanent stains, as identified by the Technician, may not be removed. **For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have Clean and Dry Carpet Protectant applied to your carpet.** · Step 6: Post Cleaning Walkthrough and Discussion. What is your process for cleaning tile?

Tile and Grout cleaning is one of the best ways to improve the look of your tiled space. 1. We clear out the area and remove loose debris from tile. 2. We apply tile and grout cleaner ensuring complete coverage. 3. We scrub. This step all depends on your tile and grout. (some need a little, some need a lot. We use a specialized grout brush and scrub all grout lines. 4. High pressure hot water extraction is used to remove soil from tile and grout. 5. (Optional) Floor is Clean and Dry and ready for Tile and Grout sealant. We apply sealant to all of the grout.
